What Windvane is

Windvane is a portrait puzzle — three headings, one ring. There is no sign-up and no login. It does not collect accounts, location, or advertising identifiers, and it does not use analytics or tracking SDKs. Progress stays on this device and is removed if you uninstall. No in-app purchases, ads, or cross-app tracking.

This version is made for iPhone; portrait is the intended way to hold it.

How to use it

Play by the rules in the app. Do not use Windvane for anything illegal.

Content stays on your device

There is no account. Progress and settings are stored on this device. If you uninstall the app, or clear its data in Settings, those records are gone. We cannot restore them.

Content and copyright

The rules text, interface, and artwork we made are for Windvane. You may play and share your own screenshots. Please do not resell the app, or republish it as your own product.

What we can and cannot promise

We try to keep play smooth and the rules clear. Devices differ, so Windvane is provided as-is. Occasional crashes or a game that feels off can happen. We cannot compensate for lost time or a bad mood.

To the extent the law allows, Windvane is not liable for indirect loss.

Later updates

We may improve play, adjust the rules text, or change these terms. Keep using the app after an update and you accept the new terms. Material changes will be noted with the date at the top of this page when we can.
